Its wide range of products includes internet services, cloud hosting, VOIP Services, private IP, managed services, etc. Their reseller program paved the way for others to run profitable business.

Recently the company was searching for an IT solution to handle growth across leads and customer base as a whole. After a rigorous market search, FireNet decided to embrace Dynamics 365 Sales to enable the sales team to manage customers and lead contacts, to have all data stored in a single place and access the data on-the-go. In addition, they sought to have an electronic signature solution for automating their electronic contract process. Smart App Business Solutions, a renowned Microsoft Dynamics 365 partner based in Australia, helped FireNet to achieve all of these by implementing and customizing Dynamics 365 Sales and integrating DocuSign with it.

The Challenges

After conducting an internal review of existing business processes, FireNet sought to modernize those processes by introducing a solution that would help their sales team better manage the customer lifecycle, from lead to client. The desirable solution would also improve visibility into customer and business data to attract more potential customers and effectively manage existing ones. The potential system would provide a single place to record and update their customer data, and access the data from anywhere. Additionally, they needed a reliable and secure electronic signature for their electronic contract process.

The Solution We Provided

Considering the business processes and other requirements of FireNet, SABS implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales solution for the company and DocuSign for automating electronic contract process. With Dynamics 365 Sales deployed and customized to meet unique requirements, now people at FireNet can quickly access customers’ and other business data, and record relevant information for each sales cycle. SABS automated a large number of templates for them.
DocuSign streamlined their digital contract management by enabling them to sign their contracts and documents electronically in more secured way.

Employees can now manage daily sales activity, track and qualify leads, identify client trends and opportunities, and quickly pull necessary data all in a single location.
