We collect personal information about you when you enquire about a product from us via email or phone. We also collect personal information when we draw up a contract agreement with you. We also maintain a record of your personal information after delivering a product or service to you. We use customer relationship management (CRM) software to maintain and track our relationship with you. The CRM includes personal information of clients that have enquired about a product and service from us as well as clients we have successfully delivered a product or service for.

  • To confirm your identity and manage our relationship with you, including to contact you about changes to our products and services.
  • To keep you updated about our product and services, including billing and payment, billing notifications, and collecting debts.
